       Over the last two decades, Donald owned and operated a very successful multinational private brand development organization, InteraxisSourcing Inc, (IXS). IXS is a multifaceted “one-stop-shop” with end-to-end control providing sourcing and production services, from design to store ready merchandise.  IXS’ esteemed clientele included: Giorgio Armani SpA, Armani Exchange, Calvin Klein, Perry Ellis International, Hudson Bay Company, TJX Companies amongst others. Today IXS is fully committed as the underlying asset of Truth Alone: For Life & Earth.    Central to IXS’ success has been its 1Team Culture.  This organizational approach is proven to create long term sustainable value. For Don, the AMC was ahead of its time as a Not-For-Profit Fashion Institution. In his mind, it had the right bones: it was the nascent model of sustainable governance and ethics in policy and procedure that still remains influential for him to this day. 




      Christopher in his own enviable career with multinational Fashion Institutions enjoyed 19 formative years at Levi Strauss & Co, followed by 3 years at Gap Inc in NYC.  His journey in fashion has literally taken Christopher around the world in diverse leadership roles. Throughout his earlier tenure, his expertise included: Product Development & Material Innovation, Global Sourcing, Production & Logistics, Co-Op Advertising and Sales. For the most recent 17 years, Christopher and Donald joined forces combining their fashion experience to build the IXS organization, its resource base, and relationships. Together in 2017, they perceived the urgent need for Truth Alone: For Life & Earth, a fashion experience necessary to scale sustainability in fashion. With fashion maturity, Christopher brings extraordinary and diverse skills to Truth Alone LLC. His expertise is focused on Operational, Systems Technology & Data Management, D2C Retail Platform and Social Media Development, Online Marketing, Inventory Control and Distribution, while establishing precedence of Concierge Customer Service. He participates in HR & Organizational Governance, Product Development & Road Mapping, Financial Planning, Merchandise Assortment & Visual Content.

      Michael is an esteemed member of the Council of Fashion Designers of American (CFDA). Michael’s designs have elicited positive reviews from notable critics that consider his work a leap forward for the industry as a whole. He is accredited with redefining dress codes with an approach to design that puts versatility and freedom front and center. Michael has been uniquely recognized for bridging commerce and fashion, creating collections that embody go-anywhere dressing that give a sophistication to clothing for today’s evolving men and women. Michael uniquely values Mainstream Culture, drawing inspiration from all walks of life, film, music, theater, art, and even his surroundings. Michael most recently served as Creative Director at Perry Ellis International. In 2014, he showcased his first Perry Ellis Fashion Collection during New York Fashion Week. The debut line was unanimously praised as a pivotal turning point for Perry Ellis, paving a new path forward for the brand. Each collection that followed showed a growing product portfolio about which Michael was lauded for “possessing an innate ability to embody and envision brand identity in design.”  Michael Maccari’s prestigious career included 12 years as Fashion Director and Senior Vice President of Design for Armani Exchange. During this tenure at AX, his experience included working closely with Mr. Armani himself. Under Michael’s Creative Leadership, gross annual sales for the AX Brand increased from $300M to exceeding $800M.  Michael’s earlier career included design positions at other iconic American brands including Polo Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, J Crew and Donna Karen.
