How do I create an account?
Creating your Truth Alone Clothing account can be completed in a few easy steps:
~Click on Account in the right upper corner next to Search.
~Type your first name, last name, email address and create a password, then click on the "Create" button to complete the process.
~Congratulations! Your Truth Alone Clothing Account has been created. Happy Shopping.
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our Size Chart for measurment references. They’re located on every product page underneath the Description and Fabric Details in the collapsable window "Size Chart". There is also a "How to Measure" Guide" to assist you.
What is the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.
Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Order with standard shipping will arrive within 5-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
What is your Shipping Policy?
For all US orders, we offer standard shipping. For NEXT Day or 2ND DAY shipping, order must be placed byt 12pm EST. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be processed the nex business day.
All orders of $75.00 and above will be FREE SHIPPING (standard shipping).
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, for shipments to all other countries, rate will be calculated at Check Out process.
Duties and taxes for International Shipments
International shipments involve payment of local duties and taxes. We only offer international transportation cost. Local duties and taxes will be assumed by the consumer/purchaser.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We happlily accept Returns and Exchanges (US Only). They must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. Garments must be new, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including all tags and labels).
How do I submit a return or exchange?
To process you Return or Exchange request, please follow the following steps:
Write to us at YourTruth@truthalone-clothing.com. You must include your order number of the product you want to return or exchange and your billing zip code.
Please provide the reason for the return or exchange and any additional comments you might have.
Please note: Shipping costs are not refundable on returns/exchanges and selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Truth Alone Clothing accepts all major Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Installment Payments as forms of payment.
