Returns & Exchanges
We happily accept Returns and Exchanges (Continental US only).
All Returns and Exchanges must be received by us within 30 days of purchase. Garments must be new, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including all tags and labels).
To process you Return or Exchange request, please follow the following steps:
- Write to us at YourTruth@truthalone-clothing.com. You must include your order number of the product you want to return or exchange and your billing zip code.
- Please provide the reason for the return or exchange and any additional comments you might have.
- Please note: Shipping costs are not refundable on returns/exchanges and selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Once your return is received, a credit will be made in the original form of payment within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping charges. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once the return has been processed.
