Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS:

We accept returns, but, unfortunately, Truth Alone Clothing cannot cover the cost for shipping the garment back to our warehouse. It was important to the brand to lead with the true cost rather than inflating costs to cover other services like free shipping on returns.

What we offer instead is to issue a full refund of product for orders returned within 30 days of purchase. Garments must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging (including all tags and labels).

Process to accept returns:
To process you return request, please follow the following steps: 

  1. Write us at YourTruth@truthalone-clothing.com. You must include your order number and UPC code of product you want to return (you can find UPC code in internal label next to care label in the inside of your garment).
  2. Our Consumer at “YourTruth” will send you a form to be completed.
  3. Send us back the completed form. Truth Alone Clothing is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form.
  4. Send the garment(s) back to the following address with the return number provided by our “YourTruth” team:

  1. We will review your form and garment once received.
  2. Once this review is complete, we will email you when your refund is approved.

The process to return a garment is the same for domestic and international purchases. Please make a note of the tracking number from your shipping label and keep it for your records. We are not liable for returned packages without the tracking number should the shipment get lost in transit.


EXCHANGES:
Truth Alone Clothing offers free exchanges.

Process to accept exchanges:

To process your exchange request, please follow the following steps:

  2. You must include your order number and UPC code of product you want to exchange (you can find UPC code in internal label next to care label in the inside of your garment)
  3. In addition, you must include the style#, color and size you want in exchange.
  4. Our Consumer Advocate at “YourTruth” will send you a form to be completed.
  5. Send the completed form to YourTruth@truthalone-clothing.com Truth Alone Clothing is not liable for exchanges or returns sent without a return form.
  6. Send the garment(s) back to the following address with the exchange label that our “YourTruth” team will send you. Garments must be sent to the following address:

  4. Selected promotions may state final sale on our website and/or in our advertising. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. At present, we can only offer free exchanges for domestic purchases. International exchanges will be treated as international returns.
